NSGO-CTU would like to welcome all members and other professionals with interest in Gynaecological Cancer research to the
NSGO-CTU Investigator Meeting 2023
The Meeting will be a face-to-face meeting only on: 7th and 8th of December 2023 at
Hotel and Conference Center Scandic Kødbyen in Copenhagen, Denmark
Two exciting Scientific Satellite Symposia will be held on 7th of December
An educational session on Translational Research will be held on 8th of December
Gold Sponsors and Exhibitors will be present at Scandic Kødbyen on both conference days
Deadline for registration to the NSGO-CTU Investigator Meeting is 16th of November 2023
Deadline for booking of hotel via NSGO-CTU link is 16th of November 2023
After this date, hotel booking can only be performed by direct contact to the hotel

Invited speakers do not need to register: NSGO-CTU will cover registration fee for all Speakers (+/- NSGO members), and registration will automatically be handled by the NSGO-CTU office
All invited speakers must book hotel via the link on NSGO.org and perform own travel-reservations (economy class for Europeans)
Reimbursement from NSGO-CTU can be requested via the reimbursement form posted online on 11th of December 2023
Specified non-pharma representatives: Registration fee is EURO 270, – and will cover participation in the NSGO-CTU Investigator Meeting including the two Scientific Satellite Symposia
Accommodation and travel will be covered by the attendee
Representatives (non-speakers) from NSGO-CTU sites must all register for the Investigator Meeting: NSGO-CTU will cover registration fee for up to three representatives from each NSGO-CTU site (PI, study-coordinators, or nurses)
In addition, NSGO-CTU will reimburse up to total EURO 150, – pr. each of the three representatives for hotel and travel (invited speakers are not part of these three)
Additional representatives from NSGO-CTU sites: Can register at a reduced fee of EURO 270, -.
Accommodation and travel will be covered by the attendee.
The registration fee includes participation in the Investigator Meeting and the two Scientific Satellite Symposia
Non NSGO-members, Gold Sponsor Attendees and Exhibitor Attendees: Registration fee is EURO 750, – and will cover participation in the NSGO-CTU Investigator Meeting including the two Scientific Satellite Symposia
Accommodation and travel will be covered by the attendee
